Take part in My WALK IT by choosing a 5km, 10km, half marathon or marathon distance to walk in and around your local area, garden or even on your treadmill, throughout the month of June. Each person who signs up to the event will receive a FREE My WALK IT t-shirt! Once you have registered, a JustGiving fundraising page will be created for you automatically so you can start fundraising straight away! Choose a day or several days in June to complete your challenge and plan your local route in advance. Don’t forget to track your distance by linking your Just Giving page to your STRAVA app so your supporters can see you have completed your challenge! Please raise as much as possible for Crohn’s & Colitis UK. Those who raise £75 or more will receive a medal (please allow up to 1 month after the event before receiving this).

No, feel free to complete your challenge across a number of days throughout the month of June. Don’t forget to connect your Strava app to your Just Giving page where your distance will automatically upload and be posted to your page each time you complete a section of your chosen distance!

JustGiving is also partnered with Strava. Strava is a training app you can download to your smart phone for FREE which tracks and records your distance. This means you can link your fundraising page to your Strava account, and your page will automatically update every time you complete an activity! We can also see when you have completed your challenge. Please ONLY use Strava when tracking your activity, as it is the only app that can be connected to JustGiving.
